Community Standards & Prohibited Uses

1. Prohibited Campaigns and Uses

• Illegal activity of any kind, or funding anything that violates applicable law.
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
• Hate speech, or content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination against individuals or groups (including on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin).
• Adult or sexually explicit content or services.
• Gambling, lotteries, or games of chance.
• Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or “get-rich-quick” programs.
• Financial scams, fraud, or deceptive or misleading fundraising.
• Anything that endangers, exploits, or sexualizes minors.
• Campaigns that misrepresent the founder's identity, purpose, or intended use of funds.
• Hateful, harassing, or threatening conduct toward others on the platform.

2. Our Right to Review and Remove

FirstCircleFund may review campaigns and, at its sole discretion, decline, suspend, or remove any campaign that violates these standards or our Terms of Service. We may also suspend or terminate accounts associated with violations, and take any other action we believe is necessary to protect founders, supporters, and the integrity of the platform.

3. Reporting

If you believe a campaign may violate these standards, please let us know. You can use the “Report this campaign” option on any campaign page, or email us at hello@firstcirclefund.com. Reports are reviewed by our team.
